Hello I am Saba, your Pilates instructor. I am qualified to teach Pilates and hold CYQ level 3 in matwork Pilates and am registered with REPs (The Register of Exercise Professionals). I came across Pilates about five years ago and instantly became a huge fan as I recognised the countless benefits of Pilates.
I am passionate about Pilates and wish to bring the many benefits to others. Through Pilates, I have improved my own posture, flexibility and core strength. In recent years Pilates has become very popular due to the results people have seen for themselves, It is now also being recommended by medical professionals as a method to strengthen and mobilise the core postural muscles and relief/aid lower back pain.
Pilates will not only make you look good but regular Pilates is guaranteed to make you FEEL great!
